The first edition brings together Todd J. Desiato’s recent OQG manuscripts, the original Operational Quantum Gravity for Engineers, his Estes Park and JBIS publications, and the five-part Electrogravimagnetics series with Riccardo C. Storti. Original publication credits and manuscript versions remain visible.

Rotational Scattering and Frame Dragging in Operational Quantum Gravity

Todd J. Desiato

Extends OQG’s energy-storage description of gravity to rotating bodies. The source calculation reproduces the exterior frame-dragging rate with the existing gravitational coupling. The receiver Hamiltonian explains how zero canonical angular momentum permits angular motion and how opposite azimuthal matter-wave patterns acquire different reference frequencies. The exact Kerr black-hole exterior is expressed through clock rates, directional ruler factors, and electromagnetic storage, with two explanatory diagrams and numerical consistency checks.

Scattering as the Cause of Gravity in Operational Quantum Gravity

Todd J. Desiato

Presents the OQG account of scattering as the cause of gravity. Atomic and nuclear constituents in both bodies exchange energy through a shared electromagnetic field; interference changes their balanced supporting power and material storage. The collective power theorem connects corresponding equilibria to recoverable energy, and the material Hamiltonian generates geodesic motion with zero proper acceleration. Two equal planets in a circular orbit illustrate the resulting mechanics on the calibrated conservative weak-field branch, with gravitational strength fixed by measurement.

Correction of the MEGA Propulsion Interpretation and Physical Lessons about OQG

Todd J. Desiato

Withdraws the propulsion and performance claims of the earlier MEGA analysis after identifying an environmental reaction that was prescribed rather than derived. The correction develops a practical account of work, material scaling, clock and ruler comparisons, and complete energy and momentum balances. It corrects the proposed device application; the OQG scaling and supporting-power theorems remain unchanged.

Nuclear Linear Response Scaling and Gravitational Correspondence in Operational Quantum Gravity

Todd J. Desiato

Carries the OQG corresponding-state transformation through nuclear linear response, retaining strong and electromagnetic interactions, continuum strength, and charge–current correlations. Nuclear spectra and matched field profiles connect component storage to permittivity and permeability. The response theorem and numerical checks establish the gravitational correspondence within stated assumptions, with metric-derived factors identified as GR benchmark inputs.
