How quoting and payment work
Approved members request a service from their author dashboard. The editor provides the scope, price in USD, delivery terms, cancellation terms, and a secure payment-provider link. You decide whether to proceed. Payment is confirmed by the editor after checking the provider’s transaction record.
Card details are handled by the payment provider, not collected by JOATP. A quote does not become payable until the editor has supplied a valid hosted payment link.

Payment buys only the agreed service. It does not buy acceptance, endorsement, a positive review, or a particular scientific conclusion. Free public reading is unchanged by any author’s service choices.
Any publication charge must be disclosed and agreed before work begins. No automatic subscription or recurring charge is created by joining the site or requesting a quote.
